COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 92-22
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND THE CLERK TO SIGN AN
EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ONTARIO HYDRO. IN ALDBOROUGH TOWNSHIP"
WHEREAS ontario Hydro requires an easement for the
purpose of an electrical transmission line over surplus property,
owned by the County, on County Road #4, Lot 1, Concession 7,
Township of Aldborough, more particularly described as Part 6, on
Plan 11R-4832; and
WHEREAS the County has no objection to allowing the said
easement.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That the Warden and the Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign an easement agreement with ontario Hydro for the purpose of
erecting and maintaining an electrical transmission line over prop-
erty on County Road #4, Lot 1, Concession 7, Township of Aldborough,
more particularly described as Part 6, on Plan 11R-4832.
2. That By-Law No. 92-5 be and the same is hereby repealed.
3 . That this By-Law become effective January 22nd, 1992.

READ a third time and finally passed this 15th day of April 1992
