COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 93-3
"BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT AN ACTING CLERK FOR THE COUNTY OF ELGIN"
WHEREAS under Chapter M.45, section 73 (3), R.S.O. 1990,
the Council may appoint an Acting Clerk.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the county of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That Mark G. McDonald be and is hereby appointed Acting
Clerk of the County of Elgin.
2. That By-Law No. 91-66 be and the same is hereby repealed.
3. That this By-Law become effective February 1st, 1993.
READ a first time this 26th day of January, 1993.
READ a second time this 26th day of January, 1993.
READ a third time and finally passed this 26th day of January, 1993
