COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 93-5
"BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 92-33"
WHEREAS By-Law No. 92-33 restricts the weight of vehicles
passing over the Phillmore Bridge, in the Township of Bayham; and
WHEREAS the said Phillmore Bridge has been replaced with
the construction of a new bridge.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That No. 1 of Schedule No. 1 of By-Law No. 92-33 be
deleted.
READ a first time this 26th day of January, 1993.
READ a second time this 26th day of January, 1993.
READ a third time and finally passed this 26th day of January, 1993
