COUNTY OF ELGIN
By-Law No. 94-14
"BEING A BY-LAW TO APPOINT WEED INSPECTORS FOR THE COUNTY OF ELGIN'
WHEREAS pursuant to the Weed Control Act, R.S.O. 1990, as
amended, Chapter W.5, section 6, Subsection 1, the Council of every
County shall by by-law appoint one or more persons as area weed
inspectors to enforce said Act.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That Mr. Fred Probst and Mr. Hugh Geurts be and are
hereby appointed Weed Inspectors for the County of Elgin.
2 . That remuneration be set at a range of $25,000 to
$30,000 per year.
3. That County of Elgin By-Law No. 81-54 be and the same
is hereby repealed.
4. That this By-Law become effective May 1, 1994.
