BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND THE CLERK TO SIGN AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ELGIN AND THE MEDICAL ADVISOR
OF BOBIER CONVALESCENT HOME"
WHEREAS it is deemed advisable to enter into a contract
with the Medical Advisor of Bobier Convalescent Home, which will
detail the conditions under which medical services will be
provided to the residents of the Home; and
WHEREAS the term of this contract will require that new
contracts will be negotiated and signed from time to time.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation
of the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That the Warden and the Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign, from time to time, the necessary contract for the provision
of medical services for the residents of Bobier Convalescent Home,
when recommended by the Homes for Senior citizens and Social
Services committee and approved by County Council.
