By-Law No. 95-37
"BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND THE COUNTY
ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH TURNINGPOINT
ASSOCIATES TO PROVIDE CERTAIN COMPUTER SERVICES TO THE
CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ELGIN"
WHEREAS it has been deemed advisable to enter into an
agreement for the provision of computer systems administration and
support; and
WHEREAS negotiations have taken place and agreement reached
between the Corporation of the County of Elgin and Turningpoint
Associates for the provision of certain computer services.
NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of the Corporation of
the County of Elgin enacts as follows:
1. That the Warden and the County Administrator/Clerk are
hereby authorized to sign an agreement with Turningpoint Associates
under certain terms and conditions, for the provision of computer
services as outlined in said agreement.
