96-20 COUNTY OF ELGIN 96-20 By-Law No. AND PRESCRIBE A TARIFF OF _FEES_FOR THE: PROCESSING OF LAND DIVISION COMMITTEE APPLICATIONS" 93-29 "B]UNG A_BY-LAW TO REPEAL BY-LAW NO. WHEREAS section 69 of The Planning Act, being Chapter P.13, R.S.O. 1990, as amended, provides that the council of a municipal- ity may by by-law prescribe a tariff of fees for the processing of applications by a Land Division Committee; and WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin did pass By-Law No. 93-29 prescribing a tariff of fees for the processing of applications for the Land Division Committee; and WHEREAS it has been deemed advisable to revise the fees to be charged for processing applications by the Elgin County Land Division committee of the corporation of NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council the County of Elgin enacts as follows: 1 That the following tariff of fees be charged for processing applications: $300.00 Fee to accompany an application for consent ) a ( $200.00 Once an application for consent has been accepted by the secretary-Treasurer or designate and in the event it is withdrawn, amended or deferred for any reason, prior to the hearing or afterwards, a portion of the fee will be retained or additional charged in accordance with the following - Fee to stamp a deed (b (c If withdrawn at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for the hearing, $50.00 will be retained. If amended at least fourteen (14) days prior to the date set for the hearing, an additional $50.00 will be charged.
