WHEREAS the Corporation ofthe County of Elgin wishes to renew the lease for
in the Elgin County Administration Building at 450 Sunset Drive, St. Thomas and

WHEREAS Donald F. Roughley & Associates Inc., has agreed to renew the lease
for the area on the second floor of the said Administration Building, under certain terms and
conditions.

NOW THEREFORE the Warden and the County Administrator/Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign a lease with Donald F. Roughley & Associates Inc., setting fOlih the
various conditions under which they will occupy space at 450 Sunset Drive, St. Thomas,
the period July 1, 1996 to June 30, 1998.
