BEING A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH THE SALARIES FOR VARIOUS POSITIONS OF
THE COUNTY OF ELGIN

to fix
WHEREAS Section 207 (45) of the Municipal Act, being Chapter M.45 of the
Revis.ed Statues of Ontario, 1990, as amended, authorizes a council to pass by-laws
remuneration for officers and employees of the municipal corporation and
the structure of the County
WHEREAS persons, holding certain positions within
