By-Law No. 98-7
BEING A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH A PAY SCHEDULE FOR EMPLOYEES
COVERED BY THE JOB EVALUATION SCALE'
to
WHEREAS Section 207 (45) of the Municipal Act, being Chapter MA5 of the
Revised Statues of Ontario, 1990, as amended, authorizes a council to pass a by-law
fix remuneration for officers and employees of the municipal corporation; and
positions
WHEREAS By-Law No. 92-46 presently establishes pay schedules for
not covered by agreements or otherwise and
the persons
remuneration to be paid to
