By-Law No. 98-9
BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE WARDEN AND THE COUNTY
ADMINISTRATOR/CLERK TO SIGN A LEASE WITH ELGIN MIDDLESEX SANITATION
WHEREAS the Corporation of the County of Elgin wishes to lease unused space
the Elgin County Administration Building at 450 Sunset Drive, St. Thomas; and

WHEREAS Elgin Middlesex Sanitation has agreed to lease an area on the lower
evel of the said Administration Building under certain terms and conditions which are
acceptable to the County Corporation
NOW THEREFORE the Warden and the Clerk are hereby authorized to sign a
lease with Elgin Middlesex Sanitation, setting forth the various conditions under which the
tenant will occupy Room #6-3 at 450 Sunset Drive, St. Thomas, for the term April 1 , 1998
to September 30, 1998.
