NOW THEREFORE
enacts as follows:
THAT Schedule "C" of By-Law No. 96-15 be and is hereby amended by:
the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin
WHEREAS
WHEREAS the Council did pass By-Law No. 96-15 establishing minimum and
desirable roadway service standards for the County of Elgin Road System; and
it
is deemed advisable to amend said By-Law.
WHEREAS pursuant to Sections 101 and 102 of the Municipal Act, being Chapter
M.45, RS.O., as amended, authority is granted to a municipality to establish policy
regarding municipal roadway service standards; and
