By-Law No. 02-28
"TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 01-37 BEING A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE SPEED LIMITS'
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 128, Subsection 2, of the Highway Traffic Act, being
Chapter H.8, RS.O. 1990, as amended, the council of a municipality may by by-law
prescribe a different rate of speed for motor vehicles driven on a highway or portion of a
highway under its jurisdiction than is prescribed in Section 128, Subsection 1 (a); and

NOW THEREFORE
enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "A" of By-Law No. 01-37 setting out a maximum rate of speed of 50
kilometres per hour be and is hereby amended by adding the following
County Road #37 (Avon Line) - From the southeast property line of Putnam
Road to 250 metres east in the Township of Malahide.
County Road #37 (Avon Line) - From the southwest property line of Putnam
Road to 391 metres west in the Township of Malahide.

2. THAT Schedule "8" of By-Law No. 01-37 setting out a maximum
