BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 03-23 DESIGNATING COMMUNITY
SAFETY ZONES ON COUNTY ROADS'
"
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 214.1(1) of the Highway Traffic Act, RS.O. 1990
Chapter H.8, the council of a municipality may by by-law designate a part of a highway
under its jurisdiction as a community safety zone if, in the council's opinion, public safety IS
of special concern on that part of the highway; and
WHEREAS the Council did pass By-Law No. 03-23 designating Community Safety
Zones on certain County Roads; and
is deemed advisable to amend said By-Law.
