03-33 COUNTY OF ELGIN By-Law No. 03-33 "A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO, 02-37. TO REGULATE THE PROCEEDINGS IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE COUNTY OF ELGIN AND COMMITTEES THEREOF' WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the County of Elgin did pass By-Law No. 02-37, in order to govern and establish the procedure for calling, the place, and proceedings of meetings, now pursuant to Section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001 SO 2001, Chapter 25; and relates to the it to amend By-Law No. 02-37, as WHEREAS it is deemed necessary term of office a Warden may hold.
