SUBJECT: COURT OF REVISION – ROACH DRAIN

RES. NO. 1 Moved by Mooser
Seconded by Bandeen
RESOLVED that the Court of Revision for the Roach Municipal
Drain be convened.
DISPOSITION: Carried
The Clerk informed those present that no appeals had been received.
The Engineer briefly presented his assessment report for the drain project.
Since there were no members of the public present for this drain, the following
motion was passed:
RES. NO. 2 Moved by Bandeen
Seconded by Mooser
RESOLVED that the assessment on the Roach Drain is confirmed
as per the Engineer’s report.
DISPOSITION: Carried
RES. NO. 3 Moved by Mooser
Seconded by Bandeen
RESOLVED that there being no further business, the Court of
Revision on the Roach Drain be adjourned.
DISPOSITION: Carried
