SUBJECT: COURT OF REVISION – FODOR DRAIN
Also in attendance: Paul Elston, P. Engineer, Burnside & Assoc., Mr. & Mrs.
Fodor.
RES. NO. 1 Moved by Balint
Seconded by Warwick
RESOLVED that the Court of Revision for the Fodor Municipal
Drain be convened.
DISPOSITION: Carried
The Clerk informed those present that no appeals had been received.
The Engineer reported on the assessment of this drain project.
Mr. & Mrs. Fodor had a few questions regarding the assessment report, which
were answered by the Engineer.

RESOLVED that the court members agrees with the assessment

changes to the original report presented on September 20, which
are addressed in an addendum report as presented and outlined by
the Engineer in his report and that the report as amended for the
Fodor Drain be confirmed and accepted.
DISPOSITION: Carried

Seconded by Balint
RESOLVED that there being no further business, the Court of
Revision on the Fodor Drain be adjourned.
