Councillors: Graham Warwick, Trudy Balint, Mike

STAFF PRESENT:

Linda Cranston Clerk/Deputy-Treasurer
Mayor McPhail welcomed everyone to this special meeting called for the purpose
of an employee wage review.
SUBJECT: CLOSED SESSION
RES. NO. 1 Moved by Balint
Seconded by Warwick
RESOLVED that Council will move into a closed session; to discuss
wage review items.
DISPOSITION: Carried
RES. NO. 2 Moved by Mooser
Seconded by Balint
RESOLVED that Council will now rise and report.
DISPOSITION: Carried
RES. NO. 3 Moved by Balint
Seconded by Warwick
RESOLVED that Council approves an increase in the hourly wages
across the board of 2.75% for full-time employees and part-time
employees and that Gary Stead will receive a .50 cent night shift
premium per hour and that council will re-evaluate upon receipt of
the Sharzer report.
