There was no one in attendance.
RES. NO. 1 Moved by Bandeen
Seconded by Mooser
RESOLVED that the Court of Revision for the Freeman Drain be
convened.
DISPOSITION: Carried
The Clerk informed those present that no appeals had been received.
RES. NO. 2 Moved by Mooser
Seconded by Warwick
RESOLVED that the assessment on the Freeman Drain is
confirmed as per the Engineer’s report.
DISPOSITION: Carried
RES. NO. 3 Moved by McPhail
Seconded by Warwick
RESOLVED that there being no further business, the Court of
Revision on the Freeman Drain be adjourned.
