RESOLVED that the Court of Revision for the Geo. Johnston Drain
be convened.
DISPOSITION: Carried
The Clerk informed those present that no appeals had been received.
RES. NO. 2 Moved by Bandeen
Seconded by Balint
RESOLVED that the assessment on the Geo. Johnston Drain is
confirmed as per the Engineer’s report.
DISPOSITION: Carried
RES. NO. 3 Moved by Mooser
Seconded by Warwick
RESOLVED that there being no further business, the Court of
Revision on the Geo. Johnston Drain be adjourned.
