RESOLVED that the Court of Revision for the Bonn Municipal Drain
be convened.
DISPOSITION: Carried
The Clerk informed the Court that no appeals had been received.
RES. NO. 2 Moved by Balint
Seconded by Warwick
RESOLVED that the assessment on the Bonn Drain is confirmed as
per the Engineer’s report.
DISPOSITION: Carried
RES. NO. 3 Moved by Balint
Seconded by Bodnar
RESOLVED that there being no further business, the Court of
Revision on the Bonn Drain be adjourned.
