RESOLVED that the Property Standards Committee be convened.
DISPOSITION: Carried
The Chair opened the meeting at 9:30 a.m. in the matter of Robert Buchan, regarding
301 Furnival Road, Ontario.
The Chairman reported that an order to comply has been issued. Mr. Buchan has hired
a contractor to make the necessary repairs to the shed to make it safe. Our Chief
Building Official has reviewed the contractor’s proposal. The CBO’s report was
presented to the Committee, Mr. Buchan has agreed to his requirements.

Seconded by Mooser
RESOLVED that in the matter of an order issued to Robert Buchan to
comply with the provisions of the Property Standards By-law 99-09 in
regards to 301 Furnival Road, in the Municipality of West Elgin, the
Committee agrees with the proposal to rebuild the shed as submitted by
Les Steele, dated November 7, 2005, and further that the requirements of
the CBO be followed.
Completion date November 21, 2005.
