RESOLVED that the Property Standards Committee be convened at 2:25
p.m.
DISPOSITION: Carried
The Chair opened the meeting at 2:25 p.m. in the matter of Robert Buchan, regarding
301 Furnival Road, Ontario.
The Clerk reported that an Order to Remedy Non-Conformity with By-law 99-09,
Property Standards By-law was issued on September 26, 2005. An inspection was
made on the property does not comply with Section 5.7 of the by-law, regarding
maintenance of a building and structure.
A letter from Robert Buchan was presented to the Committee. Mr. Buchan has
requested a two to three week extension.

RESOLVED that in the matter of an appeal made by Robert Buchan, 301
Furnival Road, Rodney, Ontario from an order to carry out such work as is
required to comply with the provisions of the Section 5.7 of the Property
Standards By-law 99-09.

This appeal having come forward for public hearing this 13 day of
October, 2005 and after hearing the appeal:
The Committee hereby confirms the order and that
1) that the work be completed by October 26, 2005.
