In October, the province provided $1,276,000 in SRF Phase I funding. Phase I funding is expected to cover all of Elgin's net incremental costs, including estimated costs for 2021. The study found that a pedestrian crossing facility is not warranted based on the guidelines of the Ontario Traffic Manual.
