2.ReviewandReceiveMinutesfromtheTerraceLodgeFundraisingCommittee,dated

Chairman Purcell confirmed that the Terrace Lodge Redevelopment Project would have
a dedicated “project page” on the County’s website which would link to a sub-page for
project fundraising initiatives led by Terrace Lodge Fundraising Committee.
Resolved that the Chairman be directed to send a letter to the Chair of the Terrace
provide an update on the activities of the Fundraising Committee at the next Steering
Committee Meeting scheduled to be held on March 10, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.; and that,
along with the invitation, the Fundraising Committee Chair be provided with a copy of the
Terrace Lodge Redevelopment Project budget summary as well as the estimated project
schedule for inclusion in an upcoming Terrace Lodge Fundraising Committee agenda.

3.ProjectSchedule:
The Project Schedule was reviewed by the Committee, and Chairman Purcell noted that
timing of some elements has changed and no other questions were received from
Committee Members.
4.ProjectDetails:
Site Plan Application and Building Permit and all other project items are progressing as
planned.
5.Budget:
The Project Budget was reviewed by the Committee and Chairman Purcell reinforced
that no additional items or project overages can be accommodated within the current
funding envelope.
The Director of Homes and Seniors Services will prioritize and “rank” the additional
items noted on the Project Budget for the Committee’s consideration at an upcoming
meeting.
6.Next Meeting:
Terrace Lodge Redevelopment Committee will meet again on March 10, 2020 at 1:00
p.m.
